I've been taking it and commented that I hadn't seen any worms. Someone posted that some worms are too small to see. That's kind of disappointing in the sense that you have no visible proof of anything, but at least you've done what you could to de-infest your body.
If taken for Covid, it is much more effective when taking it with meals or after meals.

If using it to eliminate stomach parasites, take on empty stomach. For Covid, take with (fatty) foods!
Does keeping it in the mouth awhile help absorb it better? I was going to mix my first dose with some yogurt and eat it quick. Going for prophylaxis and to see if I have any parasites show up in the poop. lol
The apple flavored stuff might be alright for drinks, but take my word for it you don't want the plain shit in a drink. That stuff is nasty. I just squirted dose on my finger and stuck it in my mouth chased with a shot of fruit juice. I could still taste it.

I read about a protocol for cancer, where you dissolve the paste in vodka for a bit before you consume it with grapefruit juice.

I just wash it down, I don't bother with holding it in my mouth. Then I put pnut butter on my tongue. 😆
