Bizarre. CGI or random glitch (although suspiciously isolated to neck) in stream feed makes most sense. If CGI, why would it be used? Other than him “nobly” declining his company’s “product” for many months so that others may have it first (reason why he was once prevented to go to Israel) and leading that company in general, what’s the situation with him where any CGI (for mask or otherwise) needs to be used?
You could have any "expert" on your show that you want and have them say anything using masks, CGI, or deep fakes. The expert isn't actually on the show. Some actor is impersonating them.
