Two, formerly three justices will always vote on what's right in the eyes of God and the Constitution. How on earth they got the three die-hard dissenters to agree is beyond me.
Ok I will agree with that... there is one... maybe two that appear to at least say the right things and vote in accordance. I concede that point but for them to all be in lock step is anomalous at best.
I'm not wholly disagreeing, but just a reminder, look at what their role is, and the commitment they have. It is half broken, but many of them take it seriously.
If the world is burning and literally demons are roaming the world, they are to make decisions with complete impartiality, according to the constitution. Even if it sides with evil. The good guys do this to a fault. The dem ones gleefully do so as suits them.
Sad truth is, to the dems there is no reason to not go along with this as they believe they will accomplish their goals without this affecting them, so makes more sense to go along and bolster their image.
Edit: the good news is, their decisions cannot be enforced by them, they have no troops, no police force, it is up to others to enforce their rulings. If the Executive branch weren't so screwed up, any unconstitutional rulings they passed could be ignored.
The supreme court is corrupt to the core. If they ruled unanimously on anything you can bet the motive is not what it seems on face value.
Only Thomas and Alito are worth anything.

sometimes the law just doesnt leave as much room for interpretation as lower courts would pretend and the supreme court let them know
