All of the focus was on reading, writing, and arithmetic. Our schools were infinitely better back then. Teachers back then only cared about teaching and discipline, and the results showed just that.
Simply take a look at 8th grade graduation tests from that era. By the time your average student finished 8th grade, they were ahead of the game compared to most high school graduates today. This snake eyed freak takes great pride in being part of a union of teachers that have all but destroyed education in this country.
I despise these people. I won't go so far as to give in and hate them since that is what they want. I don't know how anyone could sleep at night knowing that they spend their day brainwashing kids. We should start saying "If you see that the USA is behind most of the industrialized world in education these days, be sure to tell the next unionized liberal teacher to go fuck themselves".

If teach doesn’t like it, she can exit stage Left.
