Google readily (and ironically) admits that such ubiquitous web tracking is out of hand and has resulted in “an erosion of trust... [where] 72% of people feel that almost all of what they do online is being tracked by advertisers, technology firms or others, and 81% say the potential risks from data collection outweigh the benefits.”
Which means 19% of people are completely asleep, and 28% of people are mostly asleep.
Yeah, got rid of it months ago. Vast majority of my e-mail is no longer with Google.

I couldn’t possibly use it less.
Google is worse than lice.
Ripped it out years ago. Using another fork of chromium. Works just as well...
Ever heard of waybackmachine, Tritz? Fuck FORBES. They are part of the swamp.
It is quite easy: goto way back, plug in the link you have and let wayback take a snapshot.
And if you wanne be lazy, use an addon

Anyone know if this impacts Brave? What are the good email alternatives these days?
I switched to proton mail, I figured if Project Veritas trusts it for whistleblowers contact it is prolly safe.
Brave is based on Chromium, which is open source, so should not be affected.
