Many more are attempting to get religious accommodation exemptions. Most of those will be denied, but will allow them to separate honorably. They are essentially weeding out the remaining free-thinkers.
The military is a giant machine that does not work like the real world. For the little guy, there is little they can do.

Wow. We have 1.4 million active military across all branches. If they are saying 800k, its probably more like 1.1 million.
While there is no deadline officially (speculated September 15th), they are not going to get 800k shots with resistance no matter how hard they try.
