Having to choose between jab or horse meds, I decided thanks to you fellow nut jobs to go with the latter... okay okay I could have gone with neither, but seeing as people are finding parasites I figured I'd go for a cleanse myself and report my results to you all.

Okay, so I understand the dosing by weight... but it's just once a week? Is the initial regimen different?
Once a week as a prophylactic.
Once a day if you come down with the coof. More if you feel like you need to.
No matter what, ALWAYS take zinc. Chelated zinc is best, as it skips one of your bodies metabolic steps and makes it easier to readily absorb into the intestinal wall.
Vitamin D is needed for bodily function and Vitamin C for antibody and white blood cell repair/production.
Oh, and eat more living things. Cooking stuff kills enzymes. Every meal should have one thing that is still "alive."
And when I mean alive, I mean plant life. Berries, leaves, and such. Not so much living (raw) meat, though I hear certain raw fish treated lightly with ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) is good too, if you know how to prepare it correctly. its for the enzymes. Instead of forcing your body to make them, why not steal them from something else?
