If only we could get the following to happen? We are thinned-out to a degree and non-networked. Can’t organize thanks to Big Tech. If ALL the Patriots left the Cities and bolstered the outlying areas networking would be easier, and we could protect America’s core. Let the liberals HAVE the Cities and each other. Seriously I don’t know HOW Patriots can STAND what the lefties have become. I left urban to rural and can’t tell anyone here how much my life has improved. No full-on toxicity as you experience daily in the City. Nature. Quiet. Peace
i tried explaining this to someone the other day and they just didn't get it...
living under constant stress, always being on edge, it's not good for people... they are all on the brink of snapping and the littlest things set them off and trigger a jump to violence.
vile snarky shitty toxic people... and all it takes is a few of those to infest the room... it's like a pissed-mist that floats in the air... like a vape cloud.
the kind of people who tend to dictate the mood in the room, because if they are having a bad day or are in need of attention they will make sure EVERYONE knows about it and notices them.
fucking nutcases... every one of them. god damned screen junkies strung out looking for that next bump of notification chime induced dopamine drip.
living around people like that... having to cater to mental patients like that... having to worry constantly if one of the other inmates in this open-air free range insane asylum is going to steal your lunch tray or shank you...
it fucks your head up...
it's like mental weight.
imagine living your entire life with a 100 pound weight vest sewn onto you...
then one day you get to unzip it and take it off...
moving into the country felt that good for me.
my neighbors and i all met each other last summer during the "peaceful protests". as cities were being "justiced" into burnt rubble i spoke to my long time stranger neighbors using the song of my people... some friends and i went out back and shot our guns on a sunday, then hung out on the front porch for a while.
shortly after that our block established a network, radios and ATV's included. we all look out for each other and we all know exactly what to do in case of multiple different scenarios. during the peak of the riots we had the dead end road guarded 24/7, it was an awesome hang.
we need to start buying up land, taking over small towns, whole counties if possible... we can live without the left, they can't live without us...
i've got plans in my stoner sketch books that could easily build small cities.
they might start by trying to keep us out of the cities... but by the end of it we'll be blocking off the cities to keep them in.
essentially it's just a hodgepodge of sustainable living, passive/net zero home design, and off grid solutions.
a large property, with multiple lots arranged around a central hub which provides utilities to the outer lots (rain/well water and power) and each lot has a leach bed that goes away from the central hub...
like a culdesac centered around a power/water/internet building with leach beds and gardens on the outer edges.
central hub is a large barn that serves as a community area... a wood/metal/mechanic shop, a meeting place, a shelter, a defensible position...
all roofs on property facing south for solar, large south facing windowed walls, essentially earthship designs.
you could get 6 familes into a big property, each with their own house and garden and animals and yard to do whatever they want.
you could go mad max and ring the property with double stacked shipping containers with a sally port secure entrance at the main gate if you really wanted to tell the world to go fuck themselves...
if you have your own water, power, and sewer and food and ammo in a secure compound nobody is going to fuck with you... they can't... you become the fastest guy running from the wolf.
I'm LOVIN THIS 👆🏼 Speaking of shipping containers, I'm very well versed in their utilization in all scenarios. I first marvelled at the possibilities 2004 Mosul Iraq...a guy in a competing contract had setup a living/rec/utility area right on the edge of Mosul Airfield using containers. He staggered/stacked some and made a bar-nightclub, his living area was adjacent. I'd go over & hangout "after-hours"...a lot of the Army gals would come by, as "drinking in theater" was verboten it became fairly popular. That guy & his buddies would go INTO THE CITY on fully-armed booze runs!! Yeah, ballsy. Ended up on another contract in Baghdad adjacent to BIAP-the airport. I took what I saw in Mosul & recreated it. The Airport had a killer cigar/alcohol store so that part wasn't as sketchy but I built a rec area with containers. In the war zone contracts go invisible and everyone shared their resources. I had a big forklift and bartered it's use with the DFAC-chow hall crew for all kinds of foodstuffs. They had to unload trucks by hand previously. Anyway, your idea is solid and I love it. One last...the steel used on most of those containers is pretty thick. I got in one in Afghanistan as Taliban started coming over the walls & strafing my site. 7.62 left nice dents but didn't puncture the steel. Can confirm 👍🏼 Proven American TOUGH.

fuck em, let them kill each other off...
Yo I couldn’t have said that any better. I’d LOVE to see those sketches. I found my dream home, didn’t cost much right on a lake. It’s still doable 👍🏽
