I am actually thankful they are. I know this will train their immune systems and I Trust in God.
He even hooked us up with a 3 day weekend to watch Godzilla flicks & laugh at terrible movies.

We haven’t locked down this entire time. We get sick. So what. Kids have always gotten sick. Especially young ones. Remember the term “snot nosed?” Haha. Yea well yay for snot nosed kids running around!
The best book I read as a new parent was Dr. Robert Mendelsohn's How to Raise a Healthy Kid in Spite of Your Doctor. Learned not to be fearful when they are sick, that a fever is a necessary weapon of the immune system.

I loved Dr. Mendelssohn. Yes the best takeaway is that a fever is your friend...it means your body's immune system is working. I heard him speak at some conferences in the 80's. Some of his protégé doctors delivered my first 4 children at home in N.Chicago suburbs back when Chicago was NOT the hell hole it is now. Very fond memories of these courageous doctors who spoke truth and were dedicated to raising healthy children.

This shit is creating extra hurdles for us as parents. We really need to nurture trust between us and our kids right now because they are being attacked on all fronts. Many of the attackers would paint us as enemies, behind our backs, planting seeds of doubt in their minds that mom or dad knows what they're talking about. We can explain things to our kids, but if they don't trust us, it will make it harder for our words to have meaning. I am a single father of four, we haven't seen their mother for 3 years now, and I am struggling to keep them from slipping into this fear that is attempting to warp them. Keeping our trust, and calling it up when needed, is the main weapon that has helped me and them of late. This attack and propaganda..... It pisses me off so much! Funny enough I’ve had Godzilla movies on in the background the past few days and from the start it was pushing the overpopulation idea and Japanese TV Stations owned by Pharma Companies. Lol. Nothing to see here. They also go to the UN constantly - so same players diff day. Predictive programming? Always the UN saving the day?

Kids are sposed to be sick all the time. If anyone understood immune systems they would be shoving them in rooms with other sick kids.
I mean as a Dad some of the cutest & most memorable stuff my kids say / do is when they are sick.
