food sources are great but you would need a dependably high dose if you get sick. Zelenko say EGCG (Epigallocatechin Gallate, an extract from Green Tea) serves the same purpose as Quercetin.
IIRC, Zelenko doesn't "add" HCQ and IVM. He says that they are the best, because they also have anti viral properties. He then says that if you cannot get hold of these, quercetin is a good replacement of the ionopore.

Nonsense. I've been taking 10,000 IU daily for two years. The safe upper limit is likely to be at least 50,000 IU and you could probably take double that for short periods (months).

Apples (with the peel) are also a rich source of quercetin.
Remember the old adage, "an apple a day keeps the doctor away?"
Now you know why.
A better natural source of quercetin is ginkgo biloba tea.
It's also a great natural nootropic and great for brain health.
But not good to combine with blood thinners...
GNC has it in a pill too.

Can confirm: I saw an article a couple months back that suggested this very thing about cannabinoids.
