That was also Mcafee under that name. He was launching drones over the island from a speedboat. There is video floating around of him in the speed boat from social media and he is discussing openly that they are in fact flying drones from a speed boat, and he is the only one pursuing truth.
He beat the FBI to the island, but he was late as well. It had already been sanitized.
