I'm in North Dakota this isn't a common sight here. Other than that video I haven't seen anything out of the ordinary here.
Might be shipping hand me down equipment to National Guard Units. The current DOD plans for reorganizing the Military branches involve moving some units into reserve formations and disbanding others. The Marines for instance have both their Tank Divisions on the chopping block.
Supposing the plans are going ahead. There’s going to be a lot of surplus being transferred and equipment moving around.

Just theory if it’s not for “trainings”; Older Intel or “conspiracy” from a year or 2 ago about the Chinese having military stationed in Canada, and prepped to invade if China hits Taiwan, Japan, or Hawaii. Then there is the more recent intel of the military moving more urban armament towards Portland Org, and Seattle Was, to package up the larger ANTIFA and BLM groups once the arrests of The Storm sweep through. Maybe?
Sorry I answered another person instead of you yes they are definitely heading west going by the shadows because he said it was in the morning. I have no idea where there are several tracks that go east to west here in North Dakota.
I will tell you that all the Minuteman missile silo is here in North Dakota are well guarded and that if China did try to invade through North Dakota they would have hell to pay. At one time it was said that if we seceded from the Union North Dakota would be the third largest nuclear power in the world now that may have changed but we still have a hell of a lot of nukes here.
