Employers are getting around it by not "firing" you but saying you voluntarily resigned when you decided not to agree to a new company policy. It's the same thing but when their argument is you voluntarily left, that makes it a lot harder to fight them. Or to put it another way, you're choosing to forfeit your job by not agreeing to this new vax policy. BS loopholes.
Sounds like a nice idea until you realize they won't let you in the building or let you log into your computer (if remote). How do you get fired if they just lock you out and claim you already left?
