When we talk about actors, look-alikes etc there are compelling reasons for that, but they are not the simplest explanation.
Q always told us about game theory. Moves and counter-moves. We talk about chess and how once there is a position achieved we just have to wait for the moves to play out.
NCSWIC. This really means that we won already - literally. We've had checkmate literally for years and we are just watching the end play out. Use the US Constitution. It guarantees your inalienable rights. Use amendments 9 and 14 section 1.
It's not that I disagree, but what exactly do you mean by "use" it? Just show up to work with a copy of it and expect your employer to acquiesce? Or have a lawyer do things?
I would suggest anybody facing this situation (termination for not accepting the vaxx) go to their immediate supervisor, or whomever they consider appropriate - human resources, etc.) and explain to that person or department that the US Constitution guarantees our inalienable rights. Inalienable rights are those given to you by God. The constitution itself does not grant or give those rights, the Constitution considers them given by God and guarantees you have the right to have those rights. It recognizes and protects your rights.
As I mentioned earlier, in reading through the Constitution, I believed that amendments 9 and 14 section 1 are the strongest for this particular instance, but I think a case could also be made for amendments 4 and 8. As it turns out, those amendments (9 and 14) were used and accepted in a successful case brought against a university. that was trying to force vaccinate. I forget which one. Might have been in Louisiana or somewhere in the midwest. I was very happy to see that because I have no law background. I'm just a citizen who read the Constitution and turns out, chose the same amendments as the law team. So you see, you don't have to be some sort of Constitutional scholar to read and understand your rights.
Tell that person or department head that by requiring the experimental vaccine, they are violating your Constitutional rights and if they threaten to fire you because you won't take the vaccine, then they are guilty of 'coercion,' which is also against the law.
I would encourage anybody in this situation to stand up and advocate for themselves. That's what all Americans should be doing, getting a backbone and standing up for their rights. However, I know some people have a particularly difficult time doing that, so in that case, yes, get a lawyer who has a Constitutional background and fight them that way. If you can't find one locally, go to the America's Frontline Doctor's website and search for their resources - they have lawyers listed. Also, DM a poster here called 20-guage.
