They won't give up their premium monthly subscriptions you pay for to stay alive. And they won't give up their authority and control over your health, and that is why more most doctors that claim a cure for cancer are "suicided" within a year. Alkalinity is the cure.

And how do raise the alkalinity in our bodies? Asking for a friend.
Focus less on raising the alkalinity and more on reducing the acidity. Once you're good at that, then focus on maximizing alkalinity.
Start with sugar. Get rid of sugar. Sugar = Bad. That's the hardest to master. If you can do that, you're on your way.
The PH level of your body isn't something that your body lets fluctuate around based on what you eat. Your body tries really hard to normalize PH levels for various parts of your body, otherwise they won't function. But, let's ignore this fact and continue with your line of reasoning.
By removing sugar, I'm presuming you mean all carbs since all carbs are turned into glucose (a common meaning of sugar) in your body. Removing pretty much all sugar from your diet will result in a ketogenic state, which (following your logic from my first paragraph) would lower the PH levels in your bloodstream and other parts of the body, since ketones are at a lower PH level than other things.
You're not making any sense. You can't just, "change" your body's PH levels. It doesn't work like that.
Oh, so adding sugar will get one's body to an alkaline state? Makes since, Mr. aCkChUALlY guy.
Look, I'm sure you have 4 hours in some undergrad degree that makes you feel qualified to start a ridiculous semantics argument about food. Good for you.
Removing sugar from one's diet will get one's body closer to an alkaline state than not. But, if they're fucking retarded and eat nothing but pasta with meat sauce and wash it down with diet soda and whiskey, well fuck them then.
Does that make your pseudo-intellectual feelers shake a little less? I doubt you respond had I added the implied word.
Have a nice day.
Did you even read what I said?
Why are you so hostile and defensive?
I'm not defending the SAD.
I have literally no idea what you could possibly mean here. It's not in proper English and is not a comprehensible phrase. You put, "processed sugars" in quotes as if I said it somewhere, but I absolutely did not.
lmao yeah sure just start shouting at me with no justification and then end it with, "have a nice day" as if you're the good guy here.
What's your problem, dude? Are you having a bad day? Please learn to control your emotions and communicate like a respectable person. You represent this movement, and you need to make sure you're doing it properly.
Eating alkaline foods, drinking good water. Not bottled water, that stuff is so acidic.
is distilled water 'good'/ alkaline?
we have a salt water pool, and I've read that we would need to distill it to make it drinkable.
so thought about buying a distiller, then we'd alway have drinking water; alkaline, would be an extra benefit.
thanks for explaining, amazing how complex water is.

From what I understand, distilled water (can be from salt or dirty water) is good for you but, should not be the only water you use because, it lacks the natural minerals that our bodies use from natural resourced water. It is too pure though, that alone has its benefits. lol
Distilled water is all we should be drinking... Minerals in water are inorganic which means our body cannot adequately assimilate them. And yes, distilled water leaches minerals from the body... The bad ones. It's the most gentle of solvents.
wow that's really neat, and so easy to do, thanks for sharing.
I love repurposing & using simple materials; it's challenging/good for the mind.
