Jesus Christ himself said Satan is the God of this world.
Adam blew it and turned man's dominion over to Satan.
Satan controls all kingdoms, Jesus christ was tempted 40 days and 40 nights.
Satan offered Jesus Christ all the kingdoms of the world IF he would bow down and worship Satan. Christ obviously refused a huge temptation to fix the world by taking Satan's offer of kingship, but he said fuck off Satan.
Guess what Jesus didn't say to Satan?
He never told him they werent his to give. Because they are. Someday , God takes them back, but for the moment here we are and now you know why evil happens on an earth where God has His people living.
Saying God is in control is not true, God needs believing believers to be His hands then He is in control of what that believer is doing for Him.
There is no automatic immunity people, you are not helpless God gave power unto men. HIS PEOPLE. operate it if you know how. Otherwise, it's all sense k owledge bullshit v
So He predetermined that a lot of children would be sexually abused, murdered and/or raped?
Can you show me where Jesus said Satan was the god of this world? I know Peter referred to this statement in 2 Corinthians 4:4. But where did Jesus say this?
As someone asked, please point to a Biblical reference, preferably from Christ's mouth about Satan being the leader.
As I see it, I mostly agree with your stance. Inside the construct God is not in control because he CHOOSES not to be. Arguably outside of what He created, you can make the technical argument that He is. Problem is, that is NOT the argument Christians make. They say "God's in control" to excuse their inaction and justify injustice.
