I am not Roman Catholic, I am Coptic Orthodox, Mother Theresa isn't a saint in our Church and I know almost nothing about her except she wasn't a good person.
People like Abba Anthony the father of monasticism or Abba Pachomious (He wasn't even a priest just a monk, when they tried to ordain him a priest he fled to the desert, his story is very interesting actually) are saints. Someone modern would be the 21 Coptic Saints they are 21 men who were martyred in Liyba by ISIS.
