Just a recap what the theory of the Birth Certificate (Berth Certificate) fraud is:

(I say it theory since as you will see, it cannot be easily proven or disproven at least to my knowledge)

Lets start with what the constitution says about the Admiralty Law

2 Am Jur, Vol 2, ADMIRALTY § 15 - Limited Admiralty is a limited jurisdiction, depending for its existence on whether or not the cause involved is an admiralty or maritime matter. There is no statutory definition of admiralty jurisdiction, and difficulties attend every attempt to define its exact limits. The extent of the admiralty jurisdiction, as conferred by the Constitution, is not limited by the scope of admiralty jurisdiction as it existed under English law, nor was it extended as far as the admiralty jurisdiction in this country is to e determined in the light of the Constitution, the laws of Congress, and the decisions fo the Supreme Court . . .

This essentially states

1. Admiralty is a valid jurisdiction

2. What constitutes an Admiralty or maritime is not clearly defined

3. As per the constitution, scope of admiralty jurisdiction is not limited by what was under English Law (oceans, ships, captains, pirates etc)

The upshot is that, a judge may decide that maritime/admiralty laws exists in a particular case, if they can convince themselves that it somehow fits the maritime definition, which is not limited to Ships and Oceans.

So the theory goes, the construct used to bind us all under maritime law is by word play. The mother's womb is the ocean, and the child is berthed in the dock by the "dockter" and reported as presumed missing or lost at sea by signing the "Berth" Certificate, and at that point it becomes a property of the state under maritime salvage laws and this is denoted by putting the names in ALL CAPS in the Berth/Birth Certificate.

So any court, judge, official, bank who recognises this to be the correct interpretation can use maritime admiralty law in dealing with any person who has a birth certificate. They can treat people like chattel and buy them / sell them / use them as collateral via paper work. But these judges will not do this obvertly. So there is a dual system at play - the one that is shown to us and the one that is used by them. They just have to keep up the appearance.

So just as an example, if a person goes to the court and the judge decides this person has no claim of life since they are a maritime salvage due to birth certificate, they can rule against them - but they can give some arbitrary cover for their ruling in the form of their opinion, so people can say "Ah, thats the reason why this person lost their case".
