Many of us dont even think Joe Biden is even a real person anymore. But that would mean Trump is mandating alll this.

Because some people have said Trump was reinstalled and is running a shadow presidency. Even General Flynn shared an article saying this.

Help walk me through how you get from Joe Biden not being Joe Biden to Trump directly mandating vaccines. There's a bit missing in the middle there.

Joe Biden is not in charge.
Therefore, unless there's a third party in charge that is not a "Patriot", then the assumption (per devolution and other theories) is that Donald Trump is secretly still POTUS.
And any actions, mandates, and laws passed by the Biden administration are actually secretly coming from the Trump administration and part of Trump's strategy to expose the fraud and take back the country.
Which would imply that if the federal government is mandating the vaccine, that mandate comes from whoever is running the federal government. And if that person is Donald Trump, then it's Trump's mandate.
If it's a Patriot working for Trump (like a military leader of some sort), that would still, implicitly, be coming from Trump, or at least on Trump's behalf.
If it's actually coming from Biden and/or his handlers, then that indicates that they are "in charge", at least with enough power to mandate things for the entire country without Trump and Friends doing much to stop them.

I'll cut to the point: OP's post is a poison-the-well fallacy, not posted in good faith. Maybe next time a post like this comes up, you'll see through it too and call out OP like I did.
"Patriots are in control" could also allow for a scenario in which Biden and Trump are actually on the same team, united against a common deadly global enemy, each accelerating different aspects of that enemy's plan (what do you do when you know the playbook) in their own way faster and on more fronts than the enemy can keep up with, like turning the heat up too fast for the frogs in the pan.
Frogs jumping out of the pan would mean people waking up globally. The great awakening.
I'm not saying that's actually what is going on, rather trying to keep in mind there may be other not so obvious plans in action other than just standard left vs right puppetry.
It would also be kind of poetic for the enemy to get tricked with the "two sides of the same coin" trick they've used against us so much in their politicians.
Does devolution require Trump to remain President? I assumed his term was over, and it's the military. Obviously friendly to Trump, but independent. In fact, they had the plan before Trump, having recruited him, according to most versions of devolution that I've read.
