I'm one of the wanted to be left alones. I got nothing to lose so this is do or die for me. They will either leave me alone or I will die fighting. Either way,I am a free man.
A true patriot.
"It's over Johnny. It's over!"
Nothing is over!
Nothing!
You just don't turn it off!
"It was a bad time for everyone, Rambo, it's all in the past now. By the way, I uh... I changed my pronouns. Please use them."
Rambo: "Fuck your pronouns! FUCK THEM!"
This. I believe Afghanistan was a tipping point for a lot of people.we were there for 20 years.there isn’t a person in this country that had known directly or indirectly someone in the military. Fathers mothers sisters Cousins uncles best friends first loves. Joe biden turned his back on them he let the die and then disrespected all of us.
Towers coming down was rough. The 13; were betrayed. We all were. We need a quick infestation. Who what when where and how. Not years of going through worthless congressional hearings. The death penalty needs to be on the table.
We know what happened, Biden betrayed our allies. Directly to jail then the firing squad.
You know who else never learns? "The people who just want to be alone". I know a lot of people moving to Idaho to escape. I keep telling them, it's not going to work. It's a temporary solution. You have to get involved locally. The liberals are going to take over Idaho too. It's already starting. You cannot avoid serious civic engagement if you're an upright decent person. Otherwise your society will collapse. Period. There is no such thing as "just being left alone and doing my own thing". That isn't "normal", that is selfish, and it is bad for society. For pretty much all of human history, if good people didn't band together and organize and defend themselves, bad people would come steal all their stuff and probably kill them. Our founding fathers knew that.
Bang on
To a degree yes, but I disagree it is selfish. Not all who wish to be left alone have the skills to do as you suggest. While they may have the correct beliefs and moral compass, just because you admire the stereotypical strong silent type, as were taught to in the movies, doesn't mean they would make good political leaders.
As suggested by the OP's photo, some people are good at politics, some are not, regardless of beliefs. Others are VERY good in SHTF scenarios, and can clean up when things go south. Being good at killing your opponents has its place, but it is not in day to day politics.
Moving to a red state isn't about escape, it's about concentrating your power. If you're alone in a blue district in a blue state, your vote is worthless and your power is nonexistent.
Moving to a purple state can help flip it to our side. Moving to a red state can fortify it and add to pressure on the government there to do something.
That's all true but if you move to a red state and don't get involved, it's still going to be taken over by liberals. Dude, this is a huge part of the great awakening. Haven't you heard General Flynn talk ever? The whole point is that too many conservatives just want to focus on their own little life and think that everything else will just take care of itself.
It'll be much MUCH worse for them if three or more of the, just want to be left alone people band together.
MUCH worse...for the enemy..
My favorite episode of the simpsons is when ned Flanders finally snaps
Who's the pic of?
Ohhh. .. A young-un are ya? Well, let me learn ya. It's Rambo played by Sylvester Stallone. The local town cop decides to harass a Vietnam vet loner walking through town. Said loner ends up basically leveling said town. We Gen X-ers grew up on masterpieces like these.
We did have the best entertainment. It was a golden age for movies, television, and cartoons. I feel sorry for what the kids today are stuck with.
I'm 57, and the last and only movie I watched I was 10.
In alot of cases, you were probably better off for it, but there are some really great movies out there that are true works of art.
Just can't get interested in make believe. Aussie Rules Football, Formula 1 motor racing, and men's tennis, that is all that I watch on a screen.
I have since been told he's an actor. I've only seen one movie in all of my 57 years, and I believe I fell asleep during it, at age 10.
Seriously you don't know?
Probably a young person who's only seen the worked-on face of Stallone.
Also, if poster is a woman, it should be considered that a lot lower percentage of women watched the Rambo movies than did men.
You would actually be amazed some younger people have no idea about good movies ... l myself just watched a true story movie about WWII “ Defiance” good flick and I think it sums up our feelings as well.
Yep.
Yes. This. There is a reason why us who want to be left alone avoid involvement and the related confrontations.
That's one of the signs of a true revolution, along with cops/military standing down and joining the good side.
Seems appropriate for this right now
