I believe there are studies showing it improves cell regeneration so either there are parasites preventing that or it does additional things than what you are describing.

I believe human toxicity is at about 2000x the recommended dosage. Which is a HELL of a lot.
if ya drink 100 times the safe amount of water at one time you are hurting as well; or 100 times the coffee; or 100 times the booze etc
