They have NO EXCUSE for not having "LAWYER'ED UP", as one can be provided FREE OF COST by the System....

They can have a whole group of ""Public Pretenders"", should they prove to be Indigent...

But then, they need to realize that Public Pretenders specialize in the art of ""Lets Make a Deal"", which is in fact the opposite of the Art of the deal.... That's why they ALWAYS LOSE....
