I watched HBO’s Samuel Adam’s (I know, I know) years ago. When I watched that show, I couldn’t escape how much I hated Alexander Hamilton and considered him a traitor of the time, in that he didn’t want to fight the British, he only wanted to preserve his way of life.
Fast forward 10-15 years and who do they make a Broadway play about ? I knew I hated that guy …
Watch it again. It was John Adams. And it was actually a great mini-series. Hamilton had a role to fill, and he filled it. The dichotomy between Adams and Hamilton was a positive for our Nation, not a negative. Hamilton was heavily involved in creating The Federalist Papers as well. Don't let a modern day Broadway play revise history.
Btw- know where the term "the 3%" comes from? During Our revolution, only 3% of colonists chose to take up arms against the British. The OVERWHELMING majority of Americans didn't want a war.

I didn’t even know “the 3%” was a term … I didn’t know it was that low, but it makes sense … 3% is about my estimation of percentage of population that is in agreement with these boards, that we are run by an international cabal who does not care about our interests, and they are guilty of crimes against humanity.

OTOH, there was 10% who supported the 3%, those 10% deserve good coverage for they too, risked everything. Not everyone can be a warrior, that requires a mindset of extraordinary soldier. However, a prepper can easily be one of the 10%.

There's a group called the Three Percenters, they were organized around 2009 by a guy named Mike Vanderboegh, one of the people who first broke the Fast and Furious scandal on the internet. They're described by the left as a violent extremist militia, and they say the 3% number has been 'debunked.'

Thomas Jefferson was more aligned with the Anti-Federalists (true federalists, or small central government) types, but saw that republicanism was most important. So, he called his faction (party) the Republicans. He formed the original Republican Party, which is what he and his group called themselves.
Once Jefferson was elected president, the Republicans won every election for the next nearly 30 years. It was only when Andrew Jackson came along due to a split in the party over slavery that the Democrat Party was born.
Lincoln's Republican Party became the new Republican Party, and today's historians refer to Jefferson's party as the Democratic-Republicans. They did not call themselves that, and Jefferson hated democracy. He was a true republican.
