The Monarchy is actually exempt from the Freedom of Information Act. They can basically deem everything inadmissible in court - which has been used in the past to dismiss actual charges before a Magistrate even allowed them to be humored.

I would love to see any of this play out. Don't get me wrong.

In US court? Not sure what the queen is going to do. I'm sure she could stop it but that would look really bad. I bet the deal has already been made... and it wasn't a deal with Prince Andrew (no deals).
