This is the second indictment. The first was Kevin Clinesmith who only got probation and community service.

Clinesmith was the FBI lawyer who faked the evidence so the FISA courts would issue spy warrants for SpyGate.

Maybe he took an easy charge in exchange for spilling the beans on who did what.
