I’m not a legal expert but it appears to me the county is saying they won because they don’t have to directly hand over the routers to the Cyber Ninjas. However, they are idiots because from what I am reading Shadegg can choose to hire the Cyber Ninjas and 2 additional companies to review the routers and splunk logs if he chooses.
One of the SoS and also County's complaints has been that the Senate chose unqualified IT people. It's BS and a gamble for them, but this addresses that argument. The main thing with the routers is who had access and who were they calling. That doesn't affect the ballot analysis and it can wait while that is presented. I have a feeling that if Brnovich is given evidence of fraud the situation may change abruptly.
True. Do you think it will change in a good way or bad way if he is presented with evidence?
So far he has been pretty righteous and also ready to jump on any problem immediately.
Except I understand former Congressman John Shadegg is a RHINO and 'No Name' lackey. Someone correct me if I am wrong.
He could but he would? This is very strange. Why sign an agreement that you are not 100% sure will benefit you?
https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/John_Shadegg Republican party. Means we got no idea who's side he's on.
The bottom line is that the routers contain information that they don't want us to see.

So, can John Shadegg just hire Cyber Ninjas and get this going?
Yes, but he will probably get someone else.
What does this mean to the audit in layman terms?
No idea at this point. Both sides claiming they won. Makes no sense
The audit is done and the ballot analysis and voting machine analysis are the result. The routers might definitively nail a few crooks here in Maricopa and show collusion elsewhere, but the important thing at the moment is showing that the vote was inaccurate. That allows decertification to happen and a fraud investigation to start.
Yeah, but why lie about getting the routers?
What is the lie? The point of "getting the routers" is "getting the information in the routers." The County has agreed to let a third party, Shadegg, hire some new computer guys. At this point who knows what has happened to the original information, it may be gone in which case why not let someone take the whole mess off to the side; or the new people may find something and then the County is totally screwed. They are gambling and the best they can hope for is that they successfully wiped them locally. If these routers were connected to the internet, their messages may be around somewhere else. I suspect someone already knows.
Yep, I suspect the information they were moving was captured in real time including who was sending, where it went, and who was receiving. These dumb asses at the county level think they are beating the audit. The cover-up will send them to prison.
Thing is as usual how can you believe the data a third party will give you?
Life is full of faith-based moves. The Senate got the audit done, I trust they don't want to undo all that trouble.
