They've been headhunting me for years, but I've been turning them down repeatedly because my current defense contractor pays very well and has a super generous benefits package... but they also pushed the vaccination mandate the exact same day ole senile Joe announced it.
I am in the same boat. Large company, been here for 12 years, good pay and benefits. We are all waiting for November 15th to see if they are gonna go company wide with enforcement.
I'm with y'all! Got email yesterday. Large chemical company. Global. Says they will follow whatever rule OSHA writes up as a result of the rambling dementia patient's babbling the other day. Hate to go, but love to see what happens! They'll have to close the place down until they can train enough people. We're already short handed and working 7/12's.
