Update: Wife's religious exemption with Cox Health was approved, but I need help still...

Good news, it was approved (surprisingly) after citing bible verses and that she believes it's the mark of the beast (which we don't believe, but it's a good excuse that many are using)
However, Cox is trying to force her to get the nasal test WEEKLY in lieu of this.
What is a good way she can fight this, cause it's a little harder to claim religious exemption for this...

Ask them to provide the OSHA rule from the government that demands that.
In fact, OSHA has not provided any guidance or rules on this mandatory vaccination plan. They are still formulating rules on this and may never do so. The Whitehouse doesn't make employee safety rules. OSHA does. Their current rules and guidance say to use PPE in the event of contagions
