Are medical journals available to anons online? I keep hearing people debating others about this. They say all of us are crazy because we arent doctors or experts capable of real research because we are just finding things "on the internet". They say the real experts have access to real scientific medical journals....

I hate to recommend Google but Google Scholar can get you into all kinds of stuff.

One can download a shortcut app, that makes it really easy to search Google Scholar.
hate google too, but as a professional researcher scholar is a great tool
All abstracts in published journals are available through PubMed or Google Scholar, but only some articles are available in full-text versions. Others are controlled by groups like Sage Publications, who charge for copies or a portal like JSTOR which is subscription-based. For access to academic journals, you should check out places like your State Library or the college/university you attended to see if you can have any digital privileges. If there's some particularly good article, you probably can get it through a local library ILL.
I don't think anyone "reads" medical journals much anymore. Whenever there's a question or topic, researchers usually begin with a search through PubMed and Google Scholar to narrow down the information, look at frequently cited articles, etc.
Personally, I think Anons have far better research skills than most medical professionals.

You can also sign up for a free membership with Medscape and say that you're in medical administration or whatever. From there, you can narrow your area of interest and scan daily articles of interest. Just so you know, it's all hard-core, traditional info there.

They are, generally available by subject. Some require subscription, but most give at lease a synopsis of the subject you search.
And some of us are members of the prof. orgs. that publish. 😜
