I once read a book on Nikola Tesla where talked about a device that he had made that could basically cause earth quakes, and almost brought down some buildings in NYC while designing it. Take that for what its worth, but I would not doubt that TPTB have that type of technology......

I have no doubt they can induce earthquakes and vocanoes. SenateAnon even confirmed that the big Hurricane they had at that time (Irma I think) was created by weather weapons.
