Well there are a few reasons:

1. The deep-state is probably well aware of the patriots happenings behind the scenes, and how much data they have retrieved
2. The report makes assumptions on future happenings. Not fact
3. The deep-state doesn't know the patriot playbook
4. The deep-state doesn't have a choice on how on what to do: it must keep on its path

Number 4 is significant, as the deep-state is running their plan as well. But they can't pivot. To put the world in the "New World Order" idea they've planned, they must continue on this path... and they are on a timer. They know the audits are going to ruin Biden, that is why there are new laws being written to stop presidential power. They know voting mandates and laws are going to forever ruin any chances of a global take over. Their only hope is beat the Patriots, hope the Patriots fail, or achieve their goals before the happenings begin.
