Ok, so I get the Monarch butterfly symbolism (first thing I thought about when I saw this post) but what else about this story is a psy-op? Is it comms about something particular?
I believe this case is the case that will blow open the FBI created domestic national headline murder cases such as OJ, Jean BR, Casey Anthony etc. There is a reason they become so huge; perhaps the story is completely fake or maybe the chastised killer is not the real killer. Lets watch - the Monarch butterfly memorial is certainly an indication to MK Ultra, which is how these people who obsess over “true crime,” such as this case, act.
