I'm not going to disagree, though there were a few boom moments. There was more than enough evidence there to decertify the election. More important, there was evidence of not only fraud, but who committed it. Remember, fraud vitiates everything.
They will be taking legal action against some perpetrators. That process is already started. They have enough evidence to decertify AND the final report recommends that specific action.
If the election is decertified, for good or ill, its gonna be big. If the election is NOT decertified, after what was heard and the recommendations of the auditors, for good or ill, its gonna be big.
No smoking gun, as we were told, but more then enough evidence for decertification and voter fraud charges, as well as a legislature (and hopefully justice department) taking further action.
There was some really damning evidence. There are issues of verifiability with over 300,000 ballots. That by itself should automatically decertify the election. That was huge.
What I meant by "smoking gun" was something where everyone would see right away that there was "widespread voter fraud" and/or "Trump won AZ". That didn't happen, but we (or I) didn't expect it to happen. We were also told not to expect it.
Really damning evidence? Yes. There is no way at this time to verify the results of the election, with 300,000 ballots that are questionable. By law you should be able to verify the results for 22 months after an election. That is just enormous.
Smoking gun (guy standing over a dead body with a gun in his hand)? Not so much.

Its kinda a big deal.
Photo copies of 17000 duplicate ballots? Sounds smoking to me.

No smoking gun? They basically just proved they printed fake ballots (stamp behind triangle) and received more than they sent out.
What are you defining as a smoking gun??
