3: The machines were connected to the internet. Software was not updated from 2019 allowing ANYONE to hack into the election results.
I think they were trying hard not to show political biases but wanted to show the reasons to decertify the election. For example: Dr. Shiva showed that there were 17K duplicate ballots but didn't say if they were for Biden or Trump. But, he pointed out that the bulk of those duplicates were ran after November 3rd. That paints a pretty clear picture to me.
Another thing that really stands out is that they observed the person who wrote the script to change/delete data that should have been preserved. Again, if Biden really had more votes would they have touched those machines? No. They would have sat back twiddling their thumbs saying they didn't do anything wrong. It's fair to assume they were deleting information that was in favor of Trump and showed their misdeeds.
I hope my assumptions are correct and the goal is to change elections rules in the future and decertify 2020.

They did not prove that anybody actually walked through those doors and committed fraud. They said there were some things they couldn't prove were innocent, but nothing that lacked any plausible innocent explanation.
Without that, the count is what it is. Throwing votes out means proving fraud occurred on them, not that it COULD have occurred. No vote is going to be trashed merely on the basis of a non-unique user account.
What has been found is both encouraging and revealing. On the positive side there were no substantial differences between the hand count of the ballots provided and the official election canvass results for Maricopa County. This is an
important finding because the paper ballots are the best evidence of voter intent and there is no reliable evidence that the paper ballots were altered to any material degree.
So no votes appear to have been changed. The duplicates that were found appeared to favor Trump, not Biden (see CyberNinjas presentation 1 slide 17). The counts matched what Maricopa says it was.
What really was needed here in order to change things was proof that fraud occurred, not that it could have occurred. I know you guys feel like there was some good stuff in there, but the questions that this audit is asking should result in what, exactly? Another audit? im not a MIT graduate and I think I got a pretty good grasp of what they were presenting. I think the problem is getting people to pay attention. Most people dont think they have any power at all. Their vote doesn't count, their voice doesn't count, so they just ignore what's going on and do as they are told. We need to wake more people up!

The news won’t run with this and my guess it will take some time to move to the next phase. This is huge it’s out there now. Maybe this can start discussion at work places and we can do some ground work that doesn’t feel so daunting. I’m personally trying to just be optimistic and encouraging.
