This is what I am taking about. This is a bunch of thing you hope would happen. Note how many times you note something WILL happen, not might, but will happen. And you're leaving out some steps.
For one you assume the evidence will surface in the lawsuit. Why wouldn't they just not hand it over or destroy it? Ok let's assume it does
So CISA (which was created by Congress, btw) investigates......then? They are not law enforcement. They would turn over their findings to the FBI/DOJ.
That still doesn't lead the US becomes Myanmar
Let's not get hung up on language. I clearly said in my original post "Here are my thoughts," which denotes a theory. I think you can relax.
Discovery includes subpoenas and document requests, which do occur in civil cases. Even in the event of non-compliance, which would be detrimental to Dominion's case, Powell can introduce evidence which is then included in the public record, which was the point of me mentioning the case.
