This looks like a piece of fiction. Of course the camera operator is standing right there and does a really bad job of capturing what he is attempting to capture. If the guy had a gun and was a danger, the person holding the camera would have been somewhat concerned for his safety. This was another bullshit distraction event. I have been to that event and it gets pretty crowded. It seems unlikely that police would fire numerous shots. No blood splatter at all on the sand.
Interesting the angle the shooter of the video takes - sometimes showing more, other times showing less. Clearly, they’re stanidng right there. Why pan down and show only feel at various times?
The video is also cropped, so either they posted it to IG & it cropped to a square or they are hiding the moment the man got shot initially.
The guy who recorded the video was probably looking with his own eyes and switching back to the camera.
That must have been suicide by cop.
I came here to say that, the amount of times that happens. Sometimes they're the ones that ring the police.
"But he was a good boy and was trying to get his life in order. He was even enrolled to start community college next year."

Sad, another life taken too soon by Covid!
