What's hilarious is people bring up parents and relatives who may not be as healthy are at risk...
we're quickly approaching a world where grandmas and moms run away and avoid their children when they are sick. It's cruel and unnatural. Parents would never have before ignored their instincts to protect even their adult children
I am unfortunately overweight, I haven't and won't get the COVID jab. I took a trip to Chicago and two days before I was to go home my husband thought our oldest has COVID. I didn't want to return because I was afraid of catching it from her. (My immune system is just in general trash it has been this way since birth) I still kind of feel guilty about how afraid I was. But I know being over weight my body wouldn't be able to fight it off as well as someone who isn't. Thank God the at home test was a false positive and all she had was a cold.
It's weird because I won't mask, and I won't get the jab but when it came to hearing she possibly has COVID I had this flight response out of fear.

I got one tube it arrived two weeks after I got back from Chicago and its a small thing. But if its enough for one horse it should be enough for two adults!

Don't feel bad about that flight response. It's what separates us from them. We have the ability to ask ourselves if we're really right, could we be wrong? And then reason & react from there.
They do not have that ability.
Lose that weight, build up your immunity, and watch your entire life change for the better. You deserve to give yourself health and happiness!! My entire mentality flipped when I began exercising and eating right (along with limiting alcohol) about 8 years ago, haven’t looked back. Part of the Great Awakening is learning to take personal ownership and recognizing our bad habits and changing them.
Start small, maybe go on a few long walks a week and eat some salmon and rice instead of heavy carbs. Can work your way into a larger routine as you get comfortable. I believe in you!! We need our people healthy and continuing to fight!!!
So for me from six until April this year (I turned 31 in May) I suffered from depression which attributed to my weight gain in April God healed me from my depression (as well as my social anxiety and suicidal thoughts) and since then it's been a struggle to change the habits I had from depression (sleeping to much, eating when bored, lots of fast food, ect) I don't go outside to exercise because I live in the ghetto and there isn't really any safe places to walk, we don't own where we live (we live with our sheep in-laws) so I can't have any kind of exercising equipment and going to the gym is out of the question. So I work with what I have.
I am Coptic Orthodox so we fast like 240+ days a year (which means not just abstaining from food but sometimes we eat vegan) which if I put effort into following the fast it means more healthy at home meals (something I am trying to do). It's a slow process but I am working on getting healthy! ☺️
This is a great time to get healthier. Wishing you success in managing your diet and nutrition to where your body can heal you. Lots of science supporting fasting for healing. Personally, I think a diet high in animal products and processed foods is responsible for most the illnesses people endure today so if you can cut back on those and replace with whole, plant based foods you should see rapid improvements both in achieving your ideal weight for optimal health and also in functions of your organs and tissues.
I already don't eat beef, it doesn't sit well with me which is unfortunate because I miss steak a great deal. But when I did our nativity fast it is completely vegan and I felt a lot better. I do agree with what you are saying about plant based, it's just difficult to follow because of having to make all the food from scratch!
