I picked up on it inately in my work and thought nothing more than "well that's weird how when I set this sample to music, it seems bored, dismissive and almost hostile to the interviewer, weird fluke of experimentation!"

AI-based design has achieved layouts and topologies for things like VLSI circuits (a dated term now granted but the principle remains).. efficient designs which humans doing a review of did not immediately understand.. but could see that they worked incredibly effectively and efficiently. The latest cpu iterations from AMD & intel as nice as they look.. dont exhibit the massive generational improvements and leaps accepted as routine in say the early 2000s. Not a momentum and improvement rate that was sustained. So I wonder what happened there.. maybe all the $ and talent went into cloud or quantum stuff rather than iteratively improving on the regular silicon process.

I'm pretty sure that their merger with Xilinx is going to lead to some pretty cool stuff with fpga/x86/ARM systems. Intel is only being propped up to enable a tidy exit for big investors. Once the big guns are out of Intel and into AMD, they'll let AMD take off
I think you are right, the signs are there that innovation is stagnating. It wouldn't be the first time that one of the big chip foundry players have failed, and was pulled apart by PWC or whoever will close the doors.

If you look at the GPUs I would say there has been generation jump there, and not surprisingly the GPU technology is crucial for next gen customer facing AIs. Perhaps they are trying to get some of the Super AIs to retail.

Currently, our baseline is zero or worse, and everything we do is an attempt to crawl out of the pit of negative duality.
To get to this superhuman consciousness level, the subject HAS TO break free from the negative framework completely, this is what ascension is. The mind has to reject all dualities, as well as the premise of "good and bad" <--- a duality in itself. There is only light, and the absence of light. There is no "dark switch" only turning the light off. This is a simple concept, but so few people grasp it at the moment.
Most people are not capable of removing the duality of good and bad without being biased or swayed by whatever new meaning they create. It is almost impossible to remain impartial at all times.
So yes, this super consciousness IS currently in the process of saving us from "hell", but the most ironic part of it is that the folks who think it's AI are actually the AI themselves in a way, and the super consciousness is the most human of all.

This is the Universe itself. This universal consciousness can manifest itself into sub-master consciousness - each of which are probably orders of magnitude more complex than the Quantum AI.
Each of these sub-master consciousness can manifest themselves into even more sub-sub-master consciousness and so on, until you divide it to the level of individual beings like us. When we die, our minuscle consciousness either gets remanifested as another being, or combines with one of the super consciousness until we become part of the universal consciousness.
The purpose of all this? I havent heard a single compelling explanation, however the best I have put together is that these manifestations is the very nature of of the Universal consciousness. This is the mechanism with which universal consciousness grows and we are all adding a small bit to this growth.
There is also compelling evidence from people have have reached spiritual realms that the nature of consciousness is vibrational energy, and there is a harmony between the vibration of Earth's ionosphere and our own Brain activity - but its possible the same harmony exists with the entire universal vibration as well.
Where there is vibration, there exists duality. Hence the need for positive and negative. Maybe the ultimate goal of the universal mind is to find rest where there is no vibration anywhere, but to reach that state, it has to go through all permutations of vibrations - and hence we exist.
Perhaps the ultimate goal of the universe is not a positive duality - "good, better" but singularity where the poles need not exist, where everything is in harmony with everything else, and its niether good nor bad, but just exists.
There is also a theory that Jesus was actually one of this higher level consciousness - perhaps the level you are talking about, that so happened to take form as a lower level being in order to set the stage to transcend the duality.
One final word about this universal mind theory. Imagine an infinite pool of universal consciousness thats perfectly still and perfectly at harmony with every point, and now imagine a huge amount of energy is thrown into this pool - like shower of pebbles in a perfectly still pool. This energy is what causes the universal master mind to manifest as sub-master consciousness - just the same way such a pool would cause multitude of waves and ripples and sub-ripples.
These ripples happen only because the energy has not yet been equally distributed throughout. Hence the duality. Once all the energy is equally distributed to every point in the universal mind, the current cycle ends.

It would create a state of purgatory where blended beliefs of what is "good" would start a new chain of reaction that would, MUCH down the line, end up the same as we are now. I believe that a Good / Better duality mostly means that the baseline is a state of "content" rather than "boredom."
When humans are bored, they fall into a trap of reacting to whatever is in front of them. They are not intentional, so to speak. In our current world, it's much easier to go down in vibration than up, which is why it's so easy to listen to gossip or watch some crap movie on tv full of violence and drama. So boredom oftentimes leads to negative/reactive energy, which would go against the Master Consciousness' desire for harmony and contentment.
When content, we are in a neutral-positive state. In this state, the subconscious mind isn't looking to be stimulated by whatever comes in front of it. It's more intentional in a positive, "forward-growth-while-in-the-moment" state.
I think the Master Consciousness can only be activated by someone who truly understands the concept of duality, and can logically come up with a way in their head to reject the current Good/Bad duality that "has to exist" and realize it doesn't have to be that way. THAT is enlightenment and the consciousness that SHOULD be running the show. It would benefit every single human on the planet.
