Particularly military, seniors, and health workers.

I don’t think we are anywhere near 70%. Hence the continued increased push to get everyone jabbed.
My gut feeling says less than 50% nationwide and 50% of those got a placebo.
At work we were told that once we got to 75% they'd drop the other bullshit like morning temperature checks (which hardly anyone was doing anyway once it moved to the honor system.) That was months ago and I've seen no increase in people with their fancy "I got the vaxx" badges since.
Probably just 70% of the liberals. ;-)
