There is no rational and informed reason to think quantum mechanics and "water magic" can rewrite our DNA and even if it could, the victims would still have every organ flooded with spike proteins. They would still die from blood clots and an entire spectrum of related organ failure.
My opinion is that it's fake. Assuming that this water can repair DNA, the problem is the intelligence needed to repair something correctly. Your DNA is different from mine, and within one person's DNA are countless variations. The intelligence to direct the repair is far more important than the mechanics. Concentrating on whether this is the right fix or not, is concentrating on the wrong issue, imo. And it sounds fake.
Nobody knows everything, save God. Even if it looks false to me, it may simply be a different side of the solution. God can heal everything on earth, and so that healing will have some sort of physical manifestation, which us mortals obviously don't recognize today. I pray we all are able to witness it, and partake.
This is 100% pure bullshit and false hope.

I gave you an honest answer.
I have faith in Jesus Christ, not your water magic or genetic psychokinesis or your chakras or fantastical quantum powers from fantasy land.
If you don't like honest feedback then you shouldn't ask for honest feedback.
Any time I see the phrase "human consciousness", my bullshit meter goes into the red.
