Ummm... there is a problem.
There are 12 white guys, and one white woman.

I don't see any racial diversity, with no Black, Latino, Asian, Pacific Islander or Native Americans in that crowd.

None of them are Muslim or Hindu (no religious diversity).

Only two of them are gay.

We need more inclusiveness and diversity. That just doesn't look right.
