I mean...I don't know. Seems pretty obvious he's against that kind of thing in this particular video. Can't be sure he still is. Or that the guy we think is him is even him. Who knows. Maybe the real Biden IS a good guy and a white hat playing his part in this movie.

I saw it the other way, that he's threatening that, but there isn't much context.

Joe Biden is a criminal, a traitor, and a pedophile. I do think the guy playing him is a white hat though.
