SCOTUS doesn’t typically hear new evidence. They usually look and see if lower courts got their decision making ‘correct’. Hope I’m wrong and this pans out.

Unless the case is different than before.

I believe the original Texas case was in regards to violation of the constitution. There’s no evidence for that other than an argument made.

What is going this time is completely different.
