That's been reachable for hours
I wasn't getting any type of webpage at all.
This at least has a webpage.
Strange. I wasn't getting this before.
Before I was jus getting a black "The site can't be reached" page from Chrome.
Now when I go back.
I see a Facebook page. With a link to "Help Center" at the bottom.
Was it the one with the link to help center?
I wonder where is this static page being served from? Since no connection can be made to Facebook's servers.
It's back up for me now.

Do you use chromium by any chance? This could be a cached 404 pages.
Brave browsers will automatically display them for example. But run in shell
$dig facebook.comand you'll still see zero connection is actually being made.They will not come back on line they are gone.
