This is a significant event. To what end? I know not. It's anyone's guess. This could have been anything from a test run for other tech companies, a transfer of control, an opportunity to plant something in the site's servers- I don't know. But to assume it means nothing is foolish. There has never been a 6 hour unplanned blackout of Facebook in its history let alone any major social site.
October just started and today clearly is just the beginning.

Nope. If he was deleted you wouldn't see his page. He's only banned from posting and replying. I can go reply to any of his posts and share them.
He can't react to posts or comments or join groups either.
I must have missed that. He hasn't posted, but last I heard he was gonna remain banned.
