EMP? What about the air pressure of a nuke blast anywhere near any aircraft? I fully admit I have no clue.

This would be interesting to know, but the specs of what AF1 is capable of being protected against are such highly kept secrets we would never know. We could only speculated and even then our best guesses would still be way off.
