I think it is someone on the Pres Daily Briefing level. Durham is ridiculously tight lipped, from what I see, and the Sussman leak came out just moments before the actual indictment was announced. I don't think it's a Schiff-level leak. Higher. Maybe DNI level - who gets Durham's findings first?

In a report, there MANY 'Suspects', actually an unlimited amount.
So, theoretically. Each report is likely separate crimes and ALL suspects related to that specific crime, and each report can be linked together via referenced report numbers.
It doesn't have to be that way, and who knows how it's all organized, I'm unfamiliar with how RICO cases are set up for prosecution.
All that said, it's very possible that these reports are massive and include EVERY sealed indictment, which again an indictment can include a lot of people in just one.
So if there are 300k sealed indictments, there can theoretically be millions of individuals...

Yes, up until a last week. We got a warning that the Slussman indictment was coming and it actually did.
That's the first real "leak" from the Durham investigation, so we can't assume it'll be the last.
