My friend’s husband is an F22 pilot and took the J&J jab to keep his job. He is having random facial swelling and numbness. I’m thinking Bells Palsy. Told her to report to doctor and make sure they enter into VAERS. Has anyone heard of good detox protocols to get the lipid nanoparticles out of the body?

Good info (even for us 'un-vaxxed').
What is the biological mechanism that requires you to 'take an occasional break' from NAC? Also, how long before you need a break - and how long should the break be? Thanks.
Thanks for the complement. These are supplements I also use and recommend to others that come to me - vaxxed and unvaxxed.
Long term use of NAC has been shown to have a few side effects, but nothing that requires medical attention. With everyone jumping on the NAC bandwagon we were bound to start seeing some issues. Some people have reported everything from upset stomachs to mild heart palpitations. I think some general rules so to speak for supplement usage are in order that makes adverse issues less likely. Any unusual symptoms require some investigation into the possible cause and all supplements should be stopped momentarily to see if one or more of them may be the cause.
I have always advised with any supplement to take a break and allow the body to just rest - especially if someone is taking medications in addition to the supplements. I think there is much wisdom in the Bible for allowing a Sabbath so to speak for all kinds of things. It actually makes just as much sense for the body as it does for the land. I have always used a 6 to 1 plan. Take supplements for 6 days and break the 7th - or 6 weeks on, 1 week off. Occasionally the body's detoxification pathways, like the liver and kidneys, need to just be. The protocol works well when joined with fasting for a day if using the daily plan. Some people if doing the week plan of rest can juice fast for that week of supplement rest.
