We treat America like a business and the candidates are hirees. But because they are going to be public employees and they want to "work for the people" I think there are some things we need to go a lot further than we normally do.

(Section A) 1st, they submit a blind resume. The resume is as follows:

  • Voting (political) History (public -in-office voting if they have any political history)
  • Employment History
  • Income History (where do they get their money and how much)
  • Contributions (to/from)

(Section B)If they pass this first section they get to interview with the American people via TV/Internet/in-person

  • Subjective Qualities
  • Subjective Ideologies
  • 8 hour Q&A from the general public with breaks.

-----------Section A and B will be repeated each time they pass the go up from local to state to national.------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

(SECTION C) If they pass this

  • Full Public Financial Audit.
  • Full Public Extensive Background Check.
  • Other forms of scrutiny.

If they pass this they are then added to a list of final candidates to vote for.

  • People will then vote based on Objective, and subjective qualities
  • There are no party lines.
