Maybe look into Activated Charcoal pills. Not sure they'd be effective, but they are used in hospitals for acute poisoning. Someone else here might know more about it.

I take it on occasion, and did moreso during my cancer treatments. Absorbs the toxins from dead macrophages, cancer cells etc. When you’re killing cells, they excrete toxins. It helps remove the toxins. One or 2 capsules a week.
